摘要
福建某金矿排土场废石属于氧化矿,较易浸出,但矿石含泥量较大,渗透性较差。为较好回收利用该废石,采用粗细分级,粗粒级直接浸出,细粒级制粒后浸出试验对废石中金进行回收。结果表明,采用筛孔尺寸为6 mm的筛子筛分后,筛上粒级产率为19.45%,金品位为0.19 g/t,该粒级直接氰化浸出,获得了金浸出率为84.21%的指标;-6 mm粒级部分制粒后,按球团与粉矿质量比为1︰1混合后氰化浸出,获得了金浸出率为91.11%的指标。试样总金浸出率为90.47%,能较好地回收排土场废石中金,试验结果可以为该排土场废石的资源化利用提供参考。
Dump waste rock is oxidized ore in a gold mine of Fujian,and leached easily,but it contains large amount of mud,and permeability is poor. Using technology of coarse directly column leaching,fine granulation column leaching to recover gold from the dump waste rock by fineness classification. The results show that,after waste rock is sieved using 6 mm sieve, yield rate of oversize particle is 19. 45%,and gold grade is 0. 19 g/t,gold leaching rate was 84. 21% by directly cyanide leac-hing of the size fraction. While-6 mm fine sample was granulated,it was column leached when ratio of mineral particles to fine ore was 1︰1,and gold leaching rate was 91. 11%. Gold total leaching rate was 90. 47%,the process can well recovery gold from the waste rock dump,test results can provide reference for resource utilization of the dump waste rock .
