摘要
间苯二酚由于2个酚羟基的供电子作用,加上苯环上的共轭平衡作用,使得C4和C6上的氢非常活泼;同时2个酚羟基可稳定所形成的络合物,使得亲电取代反应容易进行。因此,间苯二酚在木材胶粘剂的改性中得到广泛应用。综述了间苯二酚的改性机制以及国内外使用间苯二酚改性UF(脲醛树脂)、PF(酚醛树脂)以及淀粉胶粘剂的研究和应用,并对上述胶粘剂的研究现状进行了分析、发展方向进行了展望。
The hydrogen on C4 and C6 is very active because the electronic effect of hydroxyl and theconjugated balance on benzene ring of resorcinol,which two phenolic hydroxyls had the electron donating function.The electrophilic substitution reaction was easily happened because the above two phenolic hydroxyls can stabilizethe formed complex. Therefore,resorcinol is widely used in modified wood adhesives. The modification mechanismof resorcinol,the research and application of resorcinol modified some adhesives[such as UF(urea formaldehyderesin),PF(phenolic resin),and starch adhesives] at home and abroad were summarized. And the researchcircumstance of above adhesives was analyzed,and their development direction was expected.
