摘要
以优质蛹虫草菌株为试材,分别以不同光照强度对蛹虫草发菌、转色、原基分化、子实体生长等阶段进行单因子对照试验,比较不同阶段不同光照强度下的各蛹虫草试验组在蛋白质、多糖、虫草素、虫草酸等主要活性成分含量的差异及特点,探索蛹虫草不同生长阶段的适宜光照强度及规律。结果表明:蛹虫草发菌、转色、原基分化、子实体生长等阶段的光照强度分别约为0~10、500~200、200~500、300~500lx时,蛹虫草主要活性成分含量相对较高。说明不同生长阶段不同光照强度对蛹虫草主要活性成分的合成和积累可产生明显影响,以各阶段相应适宜光照强度对蛹虫草进行栽培是保证和提高主要活性成分含量的重要措施之一。
Cordyceps militaris was used as test material,the high-quality strain of Cordyceps militaris were invided and the single factor control experiment was carried out at different light intensity on cordyceps militaris,turn,primordium differentiation,fruit body growth and so on.The key ingredients as protein,polysaccharides,cordycepin and cordycepic acid in Cordyceps militaris in the stages of spore germination,coloring,primordium differentiation and sporocarp growth under different light intensity were compared.The results showed that Cordyceps militaris had relatively high-content active ingredients in the stage of spore germination,coloring,primordium differentiation and sporocarp growth,respectively under the light intensity of 0-10 lx,500-200 lx,200-500 lx,300-500 lx.The results showed that Cordyceps militaris in different growth stages could produce more active ingredients under different light intensity.
