摘要
建筑信息模型技术(BIM)为建设行业的信息化带来了新的发展,现已在许多国内外的建筑项目中成功应用,但在变电站建设项目中该技术仍处于探索阶段。将建筑信息模型技术应用到变电站项目中能优化工程建设周期、降低工程造价,提高建设工程项目的价值。结合BIM在某110 kV变电站工程项目全过程管理中的优势和模块化变电站建设的工程实际,提出了一种适用于模块化变电站的设计和施工方法,建立了基于建筑信息模型技术的模块化变电站三维可视化模型,并进行四维施工进度仿真模拟。
BIM technology has brought new development to the informatization of construction industry, and has been applied successfully in many domestic and international construction projects. But in substation construction projects this technology is still at an exploratory stage. The application of BIM technology to substation projects can optimize the construction period, reduce the project cost, improve the value of construction projects. Based on the advantages of BIM in the whole process management of engineering project and the modular substation construction, this paper proposes a method which applies for the design and construction of modular substation, establishes a 3-D visualization model of modular substation based on BIM technology, and conducts 4-D simulation of construction progress.
