摘要
随着上海松江地区光伏发电的迅速发展,用户数和并网容量大幅增加。传统无源单一配电网络变成了有源双向网络,给配电网线损管理带来新的挑战。通过分析在含有分布式电源配电网络中潮流方向的变化,提出了对传统台区线损计算公式加以修正的方案,解决了传统台区线损计算因供电量中忽略了分布式电源的上网电量而出现线损偏小甚至出现负线损情况,并且通过实际案例分析验证了修正后线损计算公式的合理性以及含有分布式电源的配电网络有助于降低台区线损,但需要注意分布式电源的上网电量消纳问题。
Photovoltaic (PV) generation is developing rapidly in Songjiang District with a significant increase in PV customers and interconnection capacity, which makes the traditional passive distribution network transform into bi-directional active network and also brings new challenges to the line loss management of distribution network. In this paper, by analyzing the change of power flow in the distribution network with distributed generation (DG) interconnection, a modified computational formula of line loss is proposed based on the exist- ent computational formula, which solves the problem that the existent formula often gives lower or even nega- tive results owing to neglecting the grid-connection power of DG. Real examples are calculated and analyzed in this paper and results show that the modified computational formula givesmore reasonable results and there is a reduction in line loss of the distribution network with DG integration if the grid-connection power of DG is consumed appropriately.
