摘要
本文选取杭州市内活跃度高的团体标准组织作为对象进行研究,采用专家评分表方式,运用AHP(层次分析法)模型对团体标准各项评价指标进行权重测算,构建团体标准的评价指标体系。根据评价指标体系,通过模糊评价法可计算团体标准评价综合总分,为团体标准评价提供量化评估的方法。
This paper chooses several groups of organizations highly active in Hangzhou as the object, and uses the expert scoring method and the AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） model to evaluate the weight of evaluation indexes of group standard and construct the evaluation index system of the group standard. According to the evaluation index system, the fuzzy evaluation method can be used to calculate the composite index of community standard evaluation, which provides a quantitative evaluation method for group standard evaluation.
