摘要
介绍了车铣复合机床的结构及其运动,利用坐标变换原理和CAM软件的刀位数据(刀心坐标和刀轴矢量),推导出了车铣复合机床五轴联动时坐标变换计算公式,为从CAM软件刀具轨迹到机床数控程序代码的后处理提供了算法。
In this paper, the structure and motion of composite milling machine tool are introduced, and the computational for- mula for coordinate transtormalion of the lathe milling machine five-axis linkage is deduced by using the principle of coordinate transformation and the cutter location data (the cutter coordinates and the cutter shaft vector) of the CAM software, thus it wouhl provide the algorithm for the post processing of the CAM software tool path to the NC program code.
