摘要
飞机噪声污染已成为环境工程领域急需解决的重要问题之一,国际民航组织也通过提高飞机噪声试航审定标准来减少飞机噪声对环境的污染,减少飞机噪声对机场周围社区的影响主要通过机场周围土地使用规划管理和减小飞机自身噪声两方面来控制,以喷气噪声为突破口,利用Stone算法通过考虑发动机功率、声音传播距离、声音频率、角度等影响因素对喷气噪声的影响,及飞行状态下的相关因素的影响分析来预测飞机在飞行状态下的噪声值。
Aircraft noise pollution has become one of the most important issues in the field of environmental engineering. ICAO has also reduced the pollution of aircraft noise by improving trial certification standards. It mainly reduces the impact of aircraft noise on the surrounding communities by reasonably planning the land around the airport and reducing the aircraft ls own noise. Taking the jet noise as the breakthrough point, the STONE algorithm is used to predict the static jet noise by con- sidering the factors of engine power, sound propagation distance and sound frequency, the angle, etc. that would influence the jet noise ; besides, the influence of flight related factors is also considered to predict the noise value in the flight station.
