摘要
通过构建中国高校科技创新能力综合评价体系,利用Arc GIS核密度估计、探索性数据分析(ESDA)、冷热点等空间分析方法,对1999、2006和2015年科技创新能力的时空格局、总体趋势进行研究,并采用Geo Da对形成这种格局的影响因素进行探究。结果表明:(1)直辖市及省会城市的高校科技创新能力远高于其他城市,占高校科技创新总量的80%以上,与其他城市的差距逐渐增大;(2)1999年高校扩招以来,科技创新能力整体大幅提高,高值区集中分布在东部沿海城市,中西部地区低值区连片分布,东部和中西部的高校科技创新能力差异日益显著;(3)1999—2015年,科技创新能力的热点区稳定地分布在环渤海、长三角地区,冷点区大幅减少;(4)教育财政投入、公共图书馆藏书量与第三产业比重是高校科技创新能力时空格局形成的主要因素。
Based on the data of the nationwide universities in 1999, 2006 and 2015, taking three factors as the evaluating indicator, the spatial pattern, the trend and the cause of the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in China was studied with GeoDa and ArcGIS spatial statistical analysis functions of Kernel Density and ESDA. The main conclusions showed that: (1)The scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in provincial capitals and municipalities is higher than other cities, the proportion of it is 80%, and the gap between these areas and other cities is growing. (2)Since the expansion of admission for higher education in 1999, the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities has been greatly improved. In general, the high value regions and low value regions of the scientific and technological innovation ability have an interlaced distribution, while the high value regions gathering in the eastern coastal cities, the low value regions are distributed in the central and western regions. And the differences of the scientific and technological innovation ability between the eastern universities and the central and western universities are more significant. (3)From 1999 to 2015, the hot spots of the scientific and technological innovation ability was steadily located in the Bohai Rim and the Yangtze River Delta. (4)This spatial pattern is mainly caused by the financial investment in education, the total collections of The public libraries and the tertiary industry proportion.
