摘要
基于VERICUT仿真加工平台,以K2X8型五轴加工中心为对象,建立虚拟仿真加工系统,并对叶轮工件进行仿真加工。通过这一系统能够有效检测数控程序的正确性,预知加工中的干涉、碰撞等情况,同时对加工结果进行预判,确定过切、欠切等问题,保证机床使用中的安全性,同时提高机床的使用效率。
Based on VERICUT simulation platform, the virtual simulation processing svstem was established by taking K2X8 type five-axis machine centre as the object to complete the simulated processing of the impeller work-piece. Through this system the correctness of the NC program can he detected effectively. It can predict the interference and collision etc. during processing while pre-judging the processing results and defining those issues like overcut or undercut. So that it can ensure the safety of machiue tools in operation while improving the service efficiencv of the machine tools.
