摘要
通过岑溪软枝油茶(Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera)一代和二代优树筛选,选出优良单株98株,其中特优株36株,并采用主成分分析对36个特优株进行综合评价。结果表明:在单果重、鲜出籽率和果油率3个主要性状指标上,2代优树显著优于1代优树,分别提高了21.01%、7.11%和5.11%,且2代优树中特优株的比例高达47.06%,能选育出优质良种的几率更大。鲜出籽率与干出籽率、果油率与干出籽率以及果油率与干出仁率均存在极显著的正相关关系。前3个主成分的累计贡献率达到77.90%,对3个主成分进行加权综合,得出各特优树的综合得分,其中jp2排名第一。
98 high quality individuals were selected from the first generation and the second generation of Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera. Among them, there were 36 special superior individuals evaluated by principal component analysis. The results showed that on the three main traits of single fruit weight, fresh seed yield and fruit oil rate, the second generation superior tree was better than those of the first generation tree, which increased by 21.01%, 7.11% and 5. 11%, respectively. The proportion of special superior trees were up to 47.06% in the second generation with more probability to breed high quality seeds. There was a signifi- cant positive correlation between fresh seed yield and dry seed rate, fruit oil rate and dry seed rate, as well as fruit oil rate and dry kernel rate. The cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 77.90%. The three components were weighted comprehensive to get the comprehensive score of each special superior tree. Among them, jp2 was the best.
