摘要
目的:探讨活血化瘀散热敷配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出患者200例,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各100例,两组患者均采用基本的治疗手段,对照组加用骨盆牵引治疗手段,观察组加用骨盆牵引配合中药热敷治疗法,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患者有效率为96%明显高于对照组患者有效率80%。结论:采用活血化瘀散热敷配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出,无创伤,患者舒适度高,极易被患者接受,且具有较高的疗效。
Objective： To explore the application of Huoxue Huayu San hot compress combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods： 200 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 100 cases. Two patients were treated with basic treatment,the control group was treated with pelvic traction treatment,and the observation group was treated with pelvic traction combined with TCM fomentation therapy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 96% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 80%. Conclusion： The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Huoxue Huayu San combined with traction is not traumatic,and the patient is highly comfortable,and it is easily accepted by the patients and has a high curative effect.
