摘要
特色产业扶贫是精准扶贫的核心内容,是最根本、最长远的扶贫。特色产业扶贫必须立足资源禀赋,同时创新利益分享模式,才能在产业发展中实现减贫脱贫的目标。针对产业扶贫中上述方面存在的问题和风险,以湖北保康为例,从树立精准扶贫理念、科学规划产业、强化利益共享机制等方面提出优化路径。
The development of special industrial poverty alleviation is very crucial for the accurate poverty alleviation.Only based on all kinds of recourse and benefit mechanism,would we achieve remarkable effect of poverty alleviation.It analyzed the current difficulties and problems,then the countermeasure such as changing idea,preparing scientific plan,consummating benefit mechanism,etc.are put forward.
