贵州桐梓黄莲柏箐自然保护区地衣物种多样性初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 对采自贵州桐梓黄莲柏箐自然保护区的200余份地衣标本进行分类整理,通过形态解剖,化学分析和分子系统学进行初步研究。首次报道了该保护区地衣12科20属31种。其中,贵州省新纪录种8个。发现石蕊科Cladoniaceae(6种)和梅衣科Parmeliaceae(10种)为优势科。此次研究填补了保护区内地衣资源调查的空白,为该地区地衣资源的进一步综合利用提供了初步资料。 In this paper,more than 200 lichen specimens from Tongzi Huanglian Baijing Nature Reserve were filed and identified,and were studied by morphological,chemical and molecular biological methods. 31 species of12 families and 20 genera were reported for the first time,among which 8 species were newly recorded in Guizhou.Cladoniaceae( 6 species) and Parmeliaceae( 10 species) were the dominant families. The study has filled the gaps in the lichen resources survey in this area,and provided preliminary information on the further utilization of lichens in the area.
