探讨葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏对2型糖尿病患者血糖监测的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏与2型糖尿病的发病相关性及其对糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)水平的影响.方法 选择2015年8月到2015年11月期间来本院确诊并符合W HO诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者131例,其中,2型糖尿病(T2DM)者118例,合并G6PD缺乏者13例,同时期在我院进行健康体检者(48~70岁)55例为对照组,其中2例为单纯G6PD缺乏,分别测定 HBA1C、果糖胺(DM F)的水平、G6PD和6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(6-PGD)活性并计算比值,然后对结果进行统计分析.结果 与对照组比较,糖尿病组G6PD缺乏的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).在果糖胺水平相当的情况下与 T2DM 组比较,2型糖尿病伴G6PD缺乏者 HBA1C水平偏低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 G6PD缺乏会导致患者 HBA1C水平偏低,同时检测G6PD和 HBA1C水平,能更好监测评估糖尿病患者血糖水平,对T2DM患者的诊断治疗具有临床意义. Objective To investigate the relationship between glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD)deficiency with attac-king type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect on the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1C).Methods 131 cases pia-tients who were diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus divided into 2 groups 118 cases with diabetes and 13 cases with diabetes combi-ning with G6PD deficiency,55cases of healthy controls,2 cases of simple G6PD deficiency who is from 48 to 70 years old in our hos-pital from August 2015 to November 2015 were chosen as the control group.Detect and statistically analysis theirHBA1C level and froctoseamine level,G6PD,6-PGD activity and statistic their ratio.Results Compared with the control group,the diabetic group showed the same incidence of G6PD deficiency,the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05).In the case of the type 2 diabetic group combining with G6PD deficiency,the HBA1C level was lower than that of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion G6PD deficiency leads to low HBA1C level.At the same time,the detection of G6PD and HBA1C levels can better monitor and evaluate the blood glucose level of diabetic patients,which has clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of T2DM patients.
