摘要
腐殖质是一种大分子有机混合物,广泛存在于水体、土壤和沉积物中,其能与进入环境的有机农药发生相互作用,并改变这些有机农药在环境介质中的存在形态、迁移转化、生态毒性和生物有效性等。对腐殖质吸附有机农药的机理以及二者间的相互作用力进行了总结,包括离子键、共价键、氢键、范德华力、配位体交换、疏水性分配和电子转移等多种吸附作用力的特性、形成条件、形成过程和受控因素。最后,对两者间的相互作用进一步研究内容进行了展望。
Humic substances, a mixture of organic macromolecules, are widely exist in aquatic systems, soil and sediment. It can react with organic pesticides in the environment, and play significant roles in altering many physical and biogeochemical processes of organic pesticides in the environment. As a result, the behaviors of migration and transformation, eco-toxicity and bioavailability of the organic pesticides are dramatically changed. In this paper, the adsorption mechanisms between humic substances and organic pesticides were summarized and discussed. It focused on the formation conditions, affecting factors, formation processes and characteristics of the ionic bond, covalent bond, hydrogen bond, van der waals, ligand exchange, hydrophobicity distribution, electron transfer and so on. Finally, some further research directions and emphasis on the interaction mechanisms between the humic substances and organic pesticides were proposed.
