摘要
目的采用情景模拟结合视频技术对耳鼻喉科实习护生进行专科急救护理训练,巩固其对基础知识的掌握,提高临床操作技能、增加学习兴趣、增强沟通交流的能力和优化临床决策/评判性思维。方法区组随机法选择对在耳鼻喉科实习的51名护生采用授课为基础的(LBL)教学法进行带教(对照组)。另外随机选取56名护生使用情景模拟教学法结合视频技术进行培训(实验组)。培训前后分别考核其对基础理论知识的掌握以及技能操作、学习兴趣、临床决策/评判性思维、沟通交流的能力。结果培训前两组在对基础理论知识的掌握以及技能操作、学习兴趣、临床决策/评判性思维、沟通交流的能力上没有差别(P均>0.05)。培训后,情景模拟教学法结合视频技术对耳鼻咽喉科护生的急救护理教学中效果显著,好于传统教学法(P均<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法结合视频技术对耳鼻喉科实习护生急救护理能力的提高有积极作用,在护生的实习带教中值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of scenario based-training plus video technology on training otolaryngological nursing interns, skills include theoretical knowledge, clinical skill, study interesting, capacity of deci- sion-making and communication. METHODS 56 nursing interns from the department of otolaryngology were ran- domly selected to be trained with scenario-based training and it was recorded by video. The other 51 were trained with traditionally method. Before and after training, the interns were evaluated in the terms of theoretical knowledge, clini- cal skill, study aspiration,capacity of decision-making and communication. RESULTS The interns carried not sig- nificant different of the performance mentioned above with all P 〉 0. 05 before both training. Contrast to traditional method, Scenario based-training plus video technology was useful for improving otolaryngological emergency nursing skilling including all the sections mentioned above ( all P values were 〈 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION Scenario based- training plus video technology made an active effect on otolarvnolozical emerencv nursinz skillinz, we suggest it beused widely.
