摘要
文章尝试探讨幼儿教师身份认同程度与其职业倦怠之间的关系。研究结果表明:幼儿教师身份认同度与其职业倦怠程度显著负相关。通过提高幼儿教师对自我身份的认同度或可降低其职业倦怠的程度。
This paper attempts try to explore the relationship between the degree of preschool teachers' identity and their job burnout. The results of the study show that: There is a significant negative correlation between the degree of preschool teachers' identity and the degree of job burnout. To improve the level of the self-identity of the preschool teacher can probably reduce the degree of their job burnout.
