摘要 随着国家环保要求的提高和标准的进一步严格,单独针对水泥窑炉烟气脱硝或除尘的工艺已无法满足现阶段水泥环保领域发展的要求。文章阐述了一种针对水泥窑炉烟气中氮氧化物和粉尘的脱硝除尘一体化治理技术,通过前端SNCR工艺脱硝和后端模块化分室结构除尘的组合,实现两种污染物的治理,不仅降低了企业环保的成本投入,也填补了水泥窑炉烟气污染物一体化治理的技术空白。 With the national environmental protection requirements and standards to further strict,for the cement kiln,flue gas denitrification or dust removal alone has been unable to meet the current stage of development of cement environmental protection requirements.This paper describes a kind of integrated treatment technology for denitrification and dust removal of nitrogen oxides and dust in the flue gas of cement kiln.By combining the front end SNCR process denitrification and the back-end modular partition structure dust removal,two kinds of pollutants are treated.This can reduce the cost of environmental investment of enterprises,and also fill the technology gaps in flue gas pollutants integrated management for cement furnaces.
