铝合金波纹夹层板在低速冲击下的耐撞性研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于数值模拟仿真方法,讨论了撞击速度、波纹核形状与界面连接情况对铝合金波纹夹层板的耐撞性的影响.计算结果表明,在撞击速度较低时波纹夹层板有很好的缓冲效果,撞击速度小于5m/s时撞击力峰值不会有太大波动;波纹核形状为三角形的波纹夹层板的吸能保护效果优于波纹核形状为梯形与弧形的夹层板;撞击速度小于4.3m/s时,夹芯层与上层面板未连接时的撞击力峰值要小于连接时的情况但会出现较大的变形,而撞击速度大于4.3m/s时夹芯层与上层面板未连接时的撞击力大于连接时的情况,且撞击速度越大两者差距越大. Based on the numerical simulation method,the influences of the impact velocity,the shape of the corrugated core and the interface connection on the crashworthiness of the aluminum alloy corrugated sandwich plate are discussed.The results show that the corrugated sandwich plate has a good cushioning effect when the impact speed is low.And the peak value of impact will not fluctuate too much when the impact speed is less than 5 m/s.In addition,the energy absorption effect of corrugated sandwich plate with triangular corrugated core is better than that of trapezoidal or curved corrugated core.When the impact velocity is less than 4.3 m/s,the separation between sandwich layer and the upper panel results in a smaller peak value of impact force compared with the connected situation,but there will be a larger deformation.When the impact speed is greater than 4.3 m/s,the impact force of sandwich plate with separated layers is greater than that of connected layers,and the gap will be gradually widened with the increase of impact velocity.
