摘要
随着"互联网+"和创新创业趋势的日益强劲,企业对知识型员工和高级技术人才的需求也日益增加,但是项目导向的中小创新型企业绩效考核,特别是其中知识型员工的绩效考核的研究和探索尚有不足。基于研究目标收集了12个案例,并另外选取了3家目标类型公司的10名相关岗位员工进行深度访谈,利用扎根理论经过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码3阶段的整理分析,构建了提高项目导向型企业知识型员工绩效考核效果的模型,并梳理出提升考核效果的主要途径和对策。在研究当中针对绩效考核的突出问题提出了具体分析和建议,对该类企业知识员工绩效考核改进有启发意义。
The development of hi-technology and the increasing trend of Internet+and global economical integration,demand from small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)for knowledge workers and senior technical personnels are also increasing.However,the performance apprisial of projected oriented SMEs especially for the knowledge works in those SMEs are still lack of compreshsive research and exploration.12 cases were collected based on the research target,and 10 staffs of 3 target type companies were selected to carry out in-depth interview.With the grounded theory and the three-stage analysis including open coding,axis coding and selective coding we constructs a model to improve the effect of performance appraisal for information workers in project-oriented SMEs.and combs out the main ways and countermeasures to improve the evaluation effect.In the research,we put forward the concrete analysises and suggestions to the outstanding problems of the performance appraisal,and it is instructive to improve the performance appraisal of the knowledge workers of this type of enterprises.
