摘要 通过不同类型的破乳剂对生产线产生的不合格品的乳化炸药进行破乳实验研究,依据破乳后的水溶液电导率及硝酸铵的析出率来表征破乳剂破乳效果的好坏,并对破乳机理进行分析。通过实验分析不同破乳剂破乳后的实验现象及测定水溶液的电导率和硝酸铵的析出率,结果表明:在破乳剂含量为1%时,破乳时间为30min时,OP-10的破乳温度为80℃,Tween-80的破乳温度为75℃时,破乳效果最好,且Tween-80的破乳效果最好。 The emulsion explosives of different types of demulsifier were used to study the emulsion explosives of the production line,according to the electrical conductivity of aqueous solution and the precipitation rate of ammonium nitrate, the effect of demulsifier was characterized,and the mechanism of demulsification is analyzed.Through experimental analysis:the experimental phenomena of different demulsifier and the conductivity of aqueous solution and the precipitation rate of ammonium nitrate were determined.Results showed that the demulsifier content was 1%, the demulsification time for 30 min, OP - 10 demulsification temperature is 80℃, the demulsification ofTween - 80 temperature is 75℃, demulsification effect is best, and Tween - 80 demulsification effect is best.
