摘要
谷氧还蛋白3(glutaredoxin 3,GLRX3)是由335 个氨基酸构成的Ⅱ型单巯基谷氧还蛋白,参与体内铁平衡、氧化还原反应与抗氧化性应激、细胞生长与抗凋亡等的调节,是控制细胞周期进程、抵御细胞氧化性应激的关键蛋白。GLRX3高表达于乳腺癌、小肠癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌等肿瘤细胞中,且与肿瘤的进展程度和预后相关,可作为肿瘤标志物,因而日益被重视。此文综述了GLRX3的结构、功能及其与肿瘤相关性、致瘤可能机制。
Glutaredoxin 3 (GLRX3) is a type Ⅱ monothiol-glutaredoxin consisted of 335 amino acids and participates in regulating body iron homeostasis , redox reaction and anti-oxidative stress, as well as cell growth and anti-apoptosis. It is key protein in controlling the cell cycle process and resisting cell oxidative stress. GLRX3 is highly expressed by tumor cells in breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is now increasingly valued for its correlation with tumor progression and prognosis and as a tumor biomarker. This paper reviews the structure and function of GLRX3, its correlation with tumor and potential tumorigenic mechanism.
