摘要
目的:观察三生调脂舒对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的血脂水平、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的70例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者给予饮食、运动等生活方式干预,治疗组患者在生活方式干预的基础上,口服昆明市中医医院院内制剂三生调脂舒18g/次,3次/日,疗程12周,观察两组患者治疗前后的血脂水平及Hcy、SOD、MDA、FFA水平。结果:经治疗后,两组患者的甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸水平均有所下降,但与对照组相比,三生调脂舒治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。三生调脂舒治疗后NAFLD患者的胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平较对照组降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)较对照组治疗后有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:三生调脂舒能降低NAFLD患者的血脂水平,并且能调节NAFLD患者的Hcy、FFA及SOD水平,从而具有改善NAFLD患者脂质代谢紊乱、抗氧化应激的作用。
0 bjective: To observe the effect of San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu on lipid disorder,Homocysteine( Hcy),Superoxide Dismutase( SOD),Malonaldehyde and Free Fatty Acid( FFA) in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: Seventy cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with diet,exercise and other lifestyle intervention. Patients in treatment group were given oral San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu,18 g three times a day on the basis of lifestyle intervention for 12 weeks. Clinical observation indexes were recorded before and after treatment. Results: The level of triglyceride( TG) and FFA in both groups were significantly decreased( P 0. 05) after intervention,but the treatment group decreased more significantly( P 0. 05).Compared with the control group,the level of total cholesterol( TC),low-density lipoprotein( LDL-C),and homocysteine( Hcy) were decreased significantly in the treatment group( P 0. 05) and the level of superoxide dismutase( SOD) were increased significant in the treatment group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu could decrease lipid profiles and regulate the levels of Hcy,FFA and SOD,thereby it could improve lipid metabolism and responses to antioxidative activity in patients with NAFLD.
