摘要
随着核能产业的发展,因含铀废水排放而导致的环境问题日益严重,迫切需要探索并开发高效含铀废水处理技术。相较于物理和化学处理方法,微生物法具有吸附效果良好、使用成本较低、环境友好等优点,可以作为一种处理低浓度含铀废水的新技术。在介绍微生物固定铀的4种机制、原理、方法、影响因素等基础上,重点讨论了4种机制间的联系和区别,并对近五年来微生物法的研究进行总结。今后可通过单一微生物和微生物群落两大方向对微生物处理含铀废水进行研究。
The development of the nuclear energy industry leads to the increasingly serious problem of the discharge of uranium-containing wastewater. As consequence of this,reducing the pollution of radionuclides to water and the ecological environment is profound. Comparing with the conventional techniques of chemistry and physics,microbiological technique has a lot of advantages such as good absorbability,low cost,eco-friendly in dispose of uranium-containing wastewater. The paper briefly introduced the four mechanisms of microorganism immobilizing uranium. Furthermore,it was discussed that the relationship and difference between the four mechanisms and research progress about microorganism removing uranium in domestic and overseas in recent five years. In the future,the treatment of uranium-containing wastewater by microorganisms was studied in two directions of single microorganism and microbial community.
