摘要
采用浸渍法制备复合催化剂Cu O-Mn O_2-Ce O_2/13X,并用全自动气体吸附仪、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对其结构组成进行表征;同时在固定床中考察了Cu O-Mn O_2-Ce O_2/13X催化剂对燃煤烟气PAHs的催化降解性能。结果表明:Cu O-Mn O_2-Ce O_2/13X催化剂对烟气PAHs的总去除率为69%~75%,当Cu O、Mn O_2和Ce O_2的负载率分别为4%、7%和4%时对PAHs的去除效果最好。复合催化剂Cu O-Mn O_2-Ce O_2/13X对高环(5环、6环)PAHs的去除率比中低环的要高,对PAHs毒性当量有较好的去除效果,最高达到94%。催化剂中活性组分铜和锰的质量分数对PAHs的催化氧化性能影响较大,当铜锰比从1∶1变为4∶7时,PAHs去除率从69%提高到73%,加入助剂Ce O_2后PAHs去除率进一步增加到75%。
A series of composite metal oxide catalysts CuO-MnO_2-CeO_2/13X were prepared by impregnation method.The physicochemical properties were characterized with BET,SEM and XRD.And their catalytic performances were evaluated by the conversion efficiency of PAHs in coal-fired flue gas.The results of experiment demonstrated that the removal efficiency of PAHs in flue gas was from 69%to 75%,and when the loading rates of CuO,MnO_2and CeO_2 were 4%,7%,4%,respectively,the removal efficiency of PAHs was the best.When the number of rings of the PAHs increases,the removal efficiency of PAHs would be improved.And the highest removal rate of PAHs toxic equivalence reached 93%.The mass percentages of Cu and Mn in the catalyst had a great influence on the catalytic oxidation of PAHs.When the ratio of copper to manganese was changed from 1∶1 to 4∶7,the removal rate of PAHs increased from 69% to 73%。After adding additives CeO_2,PAHs removal efficiency was closed to 75%。
