摘要
目的:探讨血管角皮瘤的整形外科治疗方法及其临床疗效。方法:2006年1月到2016年12月共收治22例血管角皮瘤患者,根据患者组织缺损情况分别采用原位缝合修复6例,游离皮片移植12例和局部皮瓣4例。结果:本组22例,16例患者移植皮片/皮瓣均存活,供区愈合良好,6例原位缝合均一期愈合。术后随访6个月~3年,未见肿瘤复发,外形及功能满意。结论:血管角皮瘤病变数量少、面积较大者应尽早行外科手术治疗,修复时需根据组织缺损区域的外形和功能的恢复选择合适的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the application and the efficacy of the surgical treatment in angiokeratoma.Methods From January 2006 to December 2016,22 patients with angiokeratoma were treated with different surgical methods.According to the tissue defects situation of patients,separately adopted primary closure in 6 cases,free skin grafting in 12 cases,and local skin flap in 4 cases.Results The skin graft/skin flap survived in 16 cases,and the donor area healed well.6 cases of in-situ suture were healed in first stage.No recurrence of tumors was observed during follow up for 6 months to 3 years,and the appearance and function were satisfactory.Conclusion Angiokeratoma should be done early surgical treatment if the number of lesions is little,and tissue defect area is large.It is necessary to choose appropriate surgical methods according to the restoration of the shape and function of the tissue defect area.
