摘要
目的:探讨面部急诊外伤患者一期行整形美容修复的面部功能及形态的恢复效果。方法:回顾性总结分析132例面部急诊外伤患者,全程护理干预,一期积极行整形美容修复及术后预防瘢痕治疗。结果:术后随访6个月~1年,5例患者随访丢失,127例患者术后面部功能及形态恢复满意,其中123例患者一期面部外伤清创整形修复术后面部外伤切口均甲类愈合,无明显瘢痕、瘢痕增生及组织错位;1例患者出现瘢痕增生;3例患者需二期美容整形手术修复。结论:在面部急诊外伤的处理中,一期行整形美容精细修复,可最大限度修复创面伤口、解剖学复位,恢复面部功能及形态,全程护理干预,能够更好达到疾病-心理-美容修复全方位治疗。
Objective To discuss the recovery effect of facial features and forms in patients with facial emergency trauma after one stage fine cosmetic repairing surgery.Methods Analysis 132 cases of facial trauma emergency patients retrospectively.All the patients received the nursing intervention,fine cosmetic repairing surgery in one stage and prevention of scar treatment postoperative.Results All cases were followed up 6 months to 1 year,5 patients were lost follow-up and 127 patients were satisfied with their facial function and form.123 cases of facial trauma were healed after one stage plastic surgery without obvious scar,scar hyperplasia and dislocation of tissue.One case recovered with scar hyperplasia.3 cases need two stages of cosmetic surgery repair.Conclusion In the processing of facial emergency trauma,to achieve better disease-psychology-cosmetic comprehensive treatment,the one stage plastic fine repairing the wound to the maximum extent,anatomic reduction to restore facial features and form and the whole nursing intervention all play important role.
