摘要
毛冬青为冬青科冬青属植物的干燥根,是一种常绿灌木,广泛分布在中国南方地区。有研究报道其含有三萜皂苷和苯酚,毛冬青在中国广泛应用于治疗心脑血管疾病,例如,中风,冠状动脉疾病和周围血管疾病,也被用于缓解上呼吸道感染和其他炎症。毛冬青具有多种药理功效,其提取物可以扩张血管,改善微循环,降低血压和增强耐缺氧等药理作用。笔者着重综述毛冬青的药理作用的研究进展,为进一步深入研究提供依据。
Ilex pubescen in Chinese,the dried root of the plant Ilex pubescens Hook. et Arn. which is an evergreen bush with a wide distribution in Southern China,has been shown to contain triterpene saponins and phenolics. It has been widely used in China for treatment of cardiocerebral and cardiovascular diseases,such as stroke and coronary arterial disease,as well as peripheral vascular disease. It has been also often used for alleviating upper respiratory infections and other inflammatory conditions. Previous pharmacological studies have demonstrated that extracts of Ilex pubescen can enlarge blood vessels,improve microcirculation,lower blood pressure,inhibit platelet aggregation,prevent thrombus formation,reduce the excitation of the cardiac conduction system and enhance the ability of anoxia resistance of body. This paper reviews the related literatures on the pharmacological activities of Ilex pubescen and provides a basis reference for further research and development.
