摘要 利用数值模拟计算方法计算了波齿复合垫片金属骨架在不同载荷下105小时后的蠕变应变分布。表明,波齿复合垫片金属骨架具有很好的抗蠕变性能。波谷处的蠕变应变最大,齿尖区域的蠕变应变最小,并且数值相差很大。随着载荷的增大,蠕变应变呈指数级别增大。在较低载荷条件下,较大蠕变应变区域较小,蠕变对金属骨架的影响较小;在较高载荷条件下,较大蠕变区域明显增大,蠕变对金属骨架的影响非常大。介绍了高温条件下波齿复合垫片需要研究的其它方面。 Creep strain distribution of metal frame under different load and 105 hours is studied using numerical simulation method. It shows that metal frame has good high-temperature creep resistant performance. The creep strain in the trough is the largest and in the tooth top area the minimum,the difference in values is very large. With the increase of load,creep strain level increases exponentially. Under the conditions of low load,the area of large creep strain is less,creep has less effect on the metal frame; Under the conditions of high load,the area of large creep strain is large,creep has very big effect on the metal frame. The other aspects of flexible graphite covered wave-serrated metal gaskets under high temperature are introduced.
