摘要
目的了解四川省高职医学生的自尊水平、学业成绩与学业诚信之间的相关性,探讨学业成绩在自尊与学业诚信间的中介作用,为提高学生的学业诚信提供参考。方法采取整群随机取样方法抽取四川省两所高职医学院校的1 152名高职医学生,采用自尊量表(SES)、自编学业诚信问卷进行调查,收集被试上学期期末考试各科成绩标准Z分之和的平均数作为被试学业成绩的度量标准。结果 (1)高职医学生SES评分为(26.38±3.87)分,学业诚信评分为(3.51±0.41)分;(2)自尊水平与学业成绩(r=0.062,P<0.05)、学业诚信(r=0.295,P<0.01)呈正相关,学业成绩与学业诚信(r=0.229,P<0.01)呈正相关;(3)自尊水平可预测学业诚信(P<0.01),当学业成绩进入方程后,整个方程的解释仍有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高职医学生自尊水平、学业成绩与学业诚信两两之间相关,学业成绩在自尊与学业诚信之间起到部分中介作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between self-esteem,academic achievement and academic integrity of higher vocational medical students in Sichuan,meanwhile to explore the intermediary role of academic achievement on self-esteem and academic integrity,in order to provide references for improving their academic integrity. Methods 1 152 higher vocational medical students who were recruited by cluster random sampling method were assessed with Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale( SES) and self-made Academic Integrity Questionnaire,the average of all subjects ' Z score in the final exam last term was used as a measure of academic performance. Results(1) The SES of higher vocational medical students was( 26. 38 ± 3. 87) and academic integrity was( 3. 51 ±0. 41).(2)There was a significantly positive correlation between self-esteem and academic achievement( r =0. 062,P <0. 05)and academic integrity( r = 0. 295,P < 0. 01). There was a significantly positive correlation between academic achievement and academic integrity( r = 0. 229,P < 0. 01).(3) Self-esteem can significantly predict academic integrity( P < 0. 01),and when academic achievement entered the equation,the explanatory power of the equation was still significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Higher vocational medical students ' self-esteem,academic achievement and academic integrity have a significant positive correlation.Academic achievement plays a partial mediatory role between self-esteem and academic integrity.
