摘要
以菜地土配制不同浓度(10,50,100 mg/kg)的氟虫腈污染土壤,采用靛酚蓝比色法、磷酸苯二钠法和高锰酸钾滴定法测定土壤中脲酶、磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶的活性。结果表明,氟虫腈轻微抑制土壤中过氧化氢酶活性,14天后基本恢复正常;氟虫腈对脲酶活性有刺激作用,其中低浓度处理脲酶活性明显高于高浓度处理;氟虫腈对碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性有抑制作用,且浓度越高,对碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性影响越大。
Polluted vegetable soil samples were prepared by adding pesticides fipronil at different concentrations(10,50, 100 mg / kg) . The activities of catalase, urease and phosphatase were determined by indophenol blue colorimetricmethod, two sodium phenyl phosphate titration method and potassium permanganate method respectively to study theeffects of fipronil on soil enzyme activities. The results showed that the activity of catalase in soil was slightly inhibited bythe inhibition of the activity of catalase in soil, 14 days after the basic recovery normal. Fipronil may stimulated theactivity of urease, the activity of the low concentration enzyme was higher than that of the high concentration; The highconcentration of fipronil had inhibitory effect on alkaline phosphatase and catalase activity. The higher the concentration,the higher the activity of alkaline phosphatase and catalase.
