水浴消化-试剂盒检测尿中碘含量的方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 探讨应用水浴消化-试剂盒检测尿中碘含量的可行性。参考国标法,样品通过水浴消化,应用试剂盒进行检测。该法标准曲线相关系数r的绝对值为0.9993~0.9997;分别对尿碘国家标准物质及6份尿液样品进行重复测定,相对标准偏差均小于5%;平均加标回收率分别为98.5%、97.9%、98.1%。应用水浴消化-试剂盒检测尿中碘含量,该法操作安全便捷,结果准确可靠,适宜实验室检测使用。 The practicability of determining urinary iodine by kit with water bath was discussed. Samples weredigested by water bath, and determined by kit according to standard method. The absolute value of the correlationcoefficient r was 0. 9993 ~ 0. 9997. The urine iodine national standard substances and six samples were determinedrepeatedly. The relative standard deviation was less than 5%. The recovery rates of the experiments were 98. 5%, 97. 9%and 98. 1%, respectively. The method was operated safely and conveniently. The result was accurate and reliable. It wassuitable for laboratory determination.
