摘要
电主轴是数控机床的核心部件。其旋转精度直接影响机床精度和零件加工精度。通过对主轴轴承及主轴装配方法等影响主轴旋转精度的因素进行分析并提出相应的解决办法,提高了主轴组件装配旋转精度,对提高主轴的旋转精度设计有一定的指导意义。
The motorized spindle is the core component of CNC machine tools,and its rotation accuracy directlyaffects the accuracy of machine tools and machining accuracy of parts. Through the spindle bearing and spindleassembly method and other factors affecting the spindle rotation accuracy analysis,and put forward the corresponding solutions,improve the rotation precision of the spindle assembly,it improves the assembly accuracy ofspindle assembly and has certain guiding significance for improving the design of spindle rotation accuracy.
