摘要 针对实际中装备器材种类多、难管理造成的库存失衡问题,设计了基于改进灰色聚类的装备器材库存分类方法。根据装备器材消耗特点,定义了需求波动系数作为库存分类指标之一,引入了信息熵确定聚类指标权重,基于灰类中心点给出了聚类的三角白化权函数。以某装甲器材仓库器材为例进行了计算分析,库存分类结果符合预期,验证了方法的合理性和有效性。 The type of equipment materials has increased dramatically in recent years,making the inventory management more difficult. An inventory classification method of equipment materials based on improved grey clustering is then proposed to help the inventory management. Taking account of the uncertainty of equipment materials consumption,Demand fluctuate coefficient is first defined as one of the inventory classification criteria. The entropy theory is introduced to calculate the clustering criteria weight,which is considered to be more objective,and besides,the whitenization weight function of grey clustering is given based on the center-points of all grey classes. A real inventory classification example of armored materials of one tactical warehouse is shown at last,with the results of which indicate that the novel classification method is rational and practical.
