摘要
目的:观察电针对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠学习记忆能力的改善作用。方法:实验中用四血管阻断模型,用Morris水迷宫测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果:模型大鼠表现明显的学习记忆障碍,在定位航行实验中,与假手术组相比,逃避潜伏期显著延长;在空间探索试验中,在原平台象限跨越平台次数与其余3个象限比较,差异无显著性意义。电针及尼莫通组能显著缩短定位航行试验的逃避潜伏期;在空间探索试验中,在原平台象限跨越平台次数显著多于其余3个象限,与假手术组比较,差异无显著性意义。结论:电针能改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力。
Objective: To observe the improvement of memory in vascular dementia model of rats by electro - acupuncture. Methods: The model of 4 blood vessels blockage was applied and Morris Water maze was used to detect the memory ability of rats. Results: The rat model showed obvious obstacles in memory. In the orientation - walking test, the incubation period of escaping was obviously prolonged as compared with the false operation group. In the space - searching test, the frequencies of leaping over platform showed no significant differences between the original platform quadrant and other 3 quadrants. Both electro - acupuncture and nimotop can shorten the incubation period escaping in orientation - walking test. In space -searching test, the frequencies of leaping over platform was markedly increased in original platform quadrant than in other 3 quadrants, no significant difference was observed as compared with false operation group. Conclusion: It is indicated that electro - acupuncture can improve the memory ability in VD rats.
