摘要
发展贫困地区职业教育,改善贫困地区学习实训条件是实现精准扶贫的必然途径,教育发达地区高职院校教育资源数字化并部署到云端实现各地区教育资源共享,能有效弥补地方及贫困地区高职院校教育资源不足,促进教育公平。从长株潭地区的角度出发,构建湖南高职教育云资源共享模式与机制,以实现湖南职业教育与区域经济的协调发展。
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed in the report of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China: try to make every child can enjoy the fair and quality education, improve the occupation education and training system, deepen the integration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation, to mobilize the whole Party and the whole society force, adhere to the precise poverty alleviation, precise poverty, focusing on poverty alleviation to aspiration and intelligence, with the combination of in-depth implementation of poor East-west cooperation, to ensure that the rural poverty population in current standard to the year 2020 under out of poverty, solve regional overall poverty. The development of occupation education in poor areas, poor areas to improve the learning training conditions is the inevitable way to achieve precise poverty alleviation, education resources of Higher Vocational Education in developed areas and the deployment of digital education resources to the cloud regions sharing, can effectively make up for higher vocational education resources and poor areas, promote the education fair. From the perspective of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan area, this paper studies the mode and mechanism of cloud resource sharing in Higher Vocational Education in Hunan, which can realize the coordinated development of Hunan vocational education and regional economy.
