摘要 随着信息技术在各个领域的广泛应用,其在规范业务管理、优化业务流程、提高业务效率等方面发挥了重要作用,但由于组织管理与业务分工的关系,形成了大量的"信息孤岛"和"业务孤岛",其信息系统效能未得到充分发挥。互操作是实现信息系统间业务协同、共享信息和交换信息的核心技术,是解决分布式、异构环境下系统整合问题的有效方法。论文首先解析了互操作的基本概念及应用领域,对比分析了互操作与互联互通等相关概念的关系,然后归纳总结了互操作的特征,最后对互操作标准体系的评价体系指标进行了梳理。 With the wide application of information technology in all fields, in regulating business management, optimize business processes, improve business efficiency, etc, play an important role, but as a result of organizational management and business division of labor relations, has formed a large number of "information island" and "isolated island", the system performance information has not been fully. Interoperability is to implement information systems business cooperation, information sharing and information exchange between the core technology, is to solve the problems of distributed, heterogeneous environment system integration method.This article first analyses the basic concept and application field of interoperability, comparison and analysis the interoperability with related concepts such as connectivity, then sum up the evaluation index system of interoperability standards system.
