CO_2激光与等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者疗效比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比观察CO2激光与等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的早期声门型喉癌患者60例作为研究对象,选取时间为2016年4月—2017年4月,随机分为A与B两组,各30例,A组采用CO2激光治疗,B组采用等离子射频消融术治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 B组平均手术时间短于A组,P<0.05,A组与B组在术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间以及黏膜恢复情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于早期声门型喉癌患者应用CO2激光与等离子射频消融术的临床治疗效果均较为理想,二者相比较而言,等离子射频消融术的手术耗时更短。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of CO2 laser and plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with early stage glottic cancer treated in our hospital were enrolled in this study from April 2016 to April 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups (A and B), 30 cases in each group. The patients in Group A was given CO2 laser, the patients in group B were treated by plasma radiofrequency catheter ablation. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The average operation time in group B was shorter than that in group A (P 〈 0.05). There was no signifcant difference between group A and group B in the amount of bleeding, postoperative pain, time of hospitalization and recovery of mucous membrane (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of CO2 laser and plasma radiofrequency catheter ablation in patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer is ideal. Compared with the radiofrequency ablation, the operation time of plasma radio frequency ablation is shorter.
