摘要 目的:探究老年高血压患者心血管危险因素分层与认知功能障碍的相关性。方法:对我院收治的207例老年高血压患者进行调查和资料收集,并通过MMSE评分按心血管危险因素分层及定向能力、忆能力、注意力、语言能力、计算能力和空间能力健康状况进行认知功能评价,完成认知功能单因素分析。结果:各项评价指标其MMSE评分按心血管危险因素分由低危至极高危组间呈现分数下降趋势;年龄段、脑血管硬化、体育锻炼、生活习惯及社会活动方面因素对高血压老年人认知水平影响较大(P<0.05)。结论:心血管危险因素程度越高对老年高血压患者认知功能影响越大。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between stratification and cognitive dysfunction analysis of cardiovascular risk factors in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: Data of 207 senile hypertensive patients in our hospital were collected. Patients were scored by MMSE and underwent single factor analysis of cognitive functions according to the stratification of cardiovascular risk factors,orientation ability,memory ability,attention,language ability,computing ability,spatial ability,health states and cognitive functions. Results: All indexes and MMSE scores divided by stratification of cardiovascular risk factors showed a decline in scores from low to high risk groups. The cognitive levels of senile hypertensive patients were significantly affected by their age,degree of cerebrovascular sclerosis,physical exercises,life style and social activities( P〈0.05). Conclusion: The higher risk factor of cardiovascular disease,the more significant influence it will be on cognitive functions for senile hypertensive patients.
