无管化经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石、输尿管上段结石的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)目前是治疗肾结石、输尿管上段结石的一项重要手术方式,传统的PCNL术后需留置肾盂造瘘管及输尿管支架引流,但这一操作也会给患者带来疼痛、住院时间延长、医疗费用增多等弊端。无管化经皮肾镜取石术(t PCNL)被认为能克服这些弊端,笔者将无管化经皮肾镜取石术的研究进展进行综述。 Percutaneous nephrolithotomy( PCNL) is a major operation mode for kidney calculi and upperureteral calculi. Traditional PCNL needs indwelling nephrostomy tube and ureteral stent for drainage.However,the operation also brings postoperative pain,prolonged hospitalized course,high hospitalization costs and many disadvantages to patients. Recently,tubeless PCNL has been considered to be able to make up for such deficiency. The author reviews the recent development and clinical practice of tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
