饲养方式对白羽番鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of rearing systems on growth,slaughter performance,meat quality and serum biochemical parameters of White-feather muscovy duck

摘要 为探究不同饲养方式和性别对白羽番鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响,选取22日龄公、母白羽番鸭各180羽,两性别均随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复30羽。2种饲养方式分别为地面平养(带户外运动场)和网上平养,试验期为63d。结果表明:(1)与地面平养相比,网上平养显著提高番鸭平均日增重和平均日采食量,胸肌亮度L*、黄度b*和滴水损失,以及血清葡萄糖、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,但显著降低屠宰率、胸肌率及血清白蛋白和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。(2)公番鸭平均日增重、平均日采食量、屠宰率、全净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌亮度L*及滴水损失显著高于母番鸭,而料重比、腹脂率和肌内脂肪含量显著低于母番鸭。(3)性别和饲养方式的交互效应显著影响平均日增重、料重比、胸肌率及血清葡萄糖含量。由此可见,网上平养较地面平养能提高白羽番鸭的生长性能,但对屠宰性能和肉品质具有负面影响;公番鸭生长性能和屠宰性能优于母番鸭,而母番鸭肉品质优于公番鸭;饲养方式和性别的交互效应仅对平均日增重、料重比、胸肌率和血清葡萄糖含量有显著影响。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of rearing systems on growth performance, carcass traits, meat quality and serum biochemical parameters of White feather muscovy duck. 180 male and 180 female 22-day- old White-feather muscovy ducks were divided and raised in separate pens according to sex and housing system, with 3 replicate pens of 30 male or 30 female ducks per pen for each rearing system. The rearing system consisted of floor rearing system (with outdoor playground) and net rearing system. The experiment lasted for 63 days. The results showed that: (!) Compared with the floor-rearing system, the average daily gain, average daily feed intake, breast muscle L* , b* and drip loss, and serum glucose, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol contents of White-feather muscovy ducks were significantly increased by net-rearing system (P〈0.05), while slaughter rate, breast muscle rate, and serum albumin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol contents of White-feather muscovy ducks were significantly decreased by net-rearing system (P〈0.05). (2) The average daily gain, average daily feed intake, slaughter rate, eviscerated carcass percentage, leg muscle rate, and breast muscle L* and drip loss of male White-feather muscovy ducks were significantly higher than those of female ducks (P〈0.05), while F/G, abdominal fat rate and intramuscular fat of male White-feather muscovy ducks were significantly lower than those of female ducks (P〈0.05). (3) Significant interaction between rearing systems and sex were observed in average daily gain, F/G, breast muscle rate and serum glucose content. In conclusion, net-rearing system was beneficial to the gowth performance of White feather muscovy duck, but it had negative influences on carcass traits and meat quality. The growth performance and carcass traits of the male White-feather muscovy ducks were better, while the female White-feather muscovy duck exhibited higher meat quality. There was only a significantinteraction effect between rearing system and sex on ADG, F/G, breast muscle rate and serum glucose content.
