摘要
为克服直流电絮凝处理能耗高、阳极易钝化的问题,采用基于软开关技术的高频高压脉冲电絮凝装置处理电镀废水,研究了影响COD_(Cr)去除率的主要因素。当进水pH为7,极板间距为30mm,脉冲电压为600V,脉冲频率为750 Hz时,COD_(Cr)去除效果最好,去除率为90.37%~93.65%,对废水中的六价铬、总锌、总镍和总铜的去除率也超过99%,出水水质满足GB21900-2008的"表3"要求。该方法能耗低,具有频率调节范围宽、占地面积小、运行成本低等优点。
A high-frequency and high-voltage pulsed electrocoagulation device based on soft-switching technique was used to treat electroplating wastewater to overcome the problem of high energy consumption and easy passivation of anode surface occurred when applying direct current. The main factors affecting the removal of CODCr were studied. The removal rate is the best up to 90.37%-93.65% for CODCr and higher than 99% for hexavalent chromium, total zinc, total nickel and total copper under the following conditions: pH 7, electrode distance 30 mm, pulse voltage 600 V, and pulse frequency 750 Hz. The effluent quality is compliant with the Table 3 of GB 2 1 9 0 0 -2 0 0 8 standard. The method has the advantages of low energy consumption, wide frequency range, small floor area, and reduced running cost.
