摘要
根据过氧化氢氧化还原碘离子的反应原理,以过氧化氢、碘化钠为主要原料,煤油为萃取剂,制备了一种新型油田示踪剂.考察了过氧化氢与碘化钠摩尔比、溶液酸度、反应时间等因素对碘化钠转化率的影响及煤油加入量对碘萃取率的影响.结果表明,在溶液酸度为1.5、过氧化氢与碘化钠摩尔比为0.8、反应时间为20 min、煤油加入量为25 mL/cm^3的最佳条件下,碘化钠转化率和碘萃取率最高.
The new oil field tracer was prepared by using hydrogen peroxide and sodium iodide as main raw materialsand kerosene as extractant,according to the reaction principle of oxidation reduction of iodine by hydrogen peroxide.The effects of hydrogen peroxide and sodium iodide molar ratio,acidity of solution,and reaction time on the conversionof sodium iodide and kerosene addition on iodine extraction were investigated. The results showed that sodium iodideconversion and iodine extraction rate were the highest when the solution acidity was 1.5,the molar ratio of hydrogenperoxide to sodium iodide was 0.8,the reaction time was 20 min and the amount of kerosene was 25 mL/cm^3.
