摘要
温度在沼气厌氧反应中起到关键因素,尤其在冬季,为了提高厌氧反应温度,增加产气率,将一种新型的太阳能温室与沼气厌氧反应结合起来,进行试验研究.首先从新型太阳能温室的设计和材料选用上进行了分析,对厌氧反应器在环境温度下和在新型太阳能温室下进行多点监测,进行数据的收集、分析、对比,依据厌氧反应的中温发酵和高温发酵要求,以及厌氧反应瞬间温度变化的相关规律,对试验结果进行了论证,为新型太阳能温室在沼气厌氧反应中的应用提供了可靠的理论和数据依据.
The temperature plays a key factor in biogas anaerobic reaction,especially in winter. In order toimprove the anaerobic reaction temperature and increase the rate of gas producing,we combine a new type of solargreenhouse with biogas anaerobic reaction in the experimental research. This thesis firstly analyzes the new solargreenhouse design and material selection,and then monitors the anaerobic reactor at ambient temperature andunder the new solar greenhouse in a multipoint way. At last,we finish the data collection,analysis and comparison.According to the demands of the anaerobic reaction at medium temperature and high temperature fermentation,andthe related law of instantaneous temperature change in the anaerobic reaction,the thesis demonstrates the testresults,which provides a reliable theoretical and data bases for the application of the new solar greenhouse in biogasanaerobic reaction.
