摘要
根据河南省物流发展特点构建了物流供给和需求系统的评价指标体系。选取2009-2015年的统计数据,采用耦合模型进行实证分析,认为河南省物流供给和需求目前处于初级协调阶段。运用灰色GM(1,1)模型对二者的耦合协调关系进行预测,预计在2016-2018年从初级协调阶段,经历中级协调将达到良好协调。通过分析,提出了促进河南省物流供给与物流需求协调发展的对策:加强和优化交通枢纽建设,注重物流人才培养,实现资源合理优化配置,发挥政策优势。
Through the analysis of the logistics industry in Henan Province,after repeated demonstration,the evaluation index system of logistics supply and demand system is constructed.Based on the statistical data from 2009—2015,this paper conducts an empirical study based on the coupled model and analyzes that supply and demand of logistics in Henan Province are in the primary coordination stage at present.The gray GM(1,1)model is used to predict the coupling and coordination between the two.During the three years from 2016-2018,it is expected that there will be good coordination from the primary coordination stage through the mid-level coordination.Finally,based on the analysis of the empirical research and forecast results,the coordinated development of logistics demand and logistics supply in Henan Province is promoted to strengthen and optimize the transportation hub position,pay attention to the training of logistics talents,realize the reasonable and optimal allocation of resources,give play to the policy advantages..
