摘要
基于把接地测试仪测出的数据通过测试线传输至远端显示,采用电力载波远程通信原理,分析并设计了基于ST7540的低压电力线载波通信的接口电路。调制环节主要包括功率放大电路、耦合电路等;解调环节包括耦合电路、滤波电路、放大电路等。最后介绍了ST7540芯片的数据调制与解调原理。本文应用载波通信技术在接地电阻测试仪表领域实现了数据的远程传输。
In order to transmit the data measured by earth resistance tester to remote display by power line, the power line carrier remote communication theory is dopted. The paper analyzes and designs the interface circuit of low-voltage power line carrier communication on the basis of ST7540 chip. The modulator unit includes power amplifier, coupled circuits, etc, while demodulator unit includes coupled circuits, amplifying circuit, etc. This paper eventually introduces the modulation and demodulation principle for ST7540 chip, and realizes the remote transmission in earth resistance tester area by carrier communication technology.
