摘要
针对跨海大桥非通航孔桥发生船撞事故后对事故处理的即时性要求,提出采用基于柔度矩阵的损伤识别方法对受撞梁体的损伤位置和损伤程度进行识别。以浙江金塘大桥非通航孔桥为工程背景,采用1∶20的缩尺模型进行船桥碰撞模拟试验,并对受损的桥梁结构进行静力加载试验,获得损伤前、后的结构测试数据。采用基于柔度矩阵的损伤识别方法对静力测试数据进行处理分析,得到桥梁不同位置的结构损伤率,从而识别出梁中(3)号单元处发生了损伤。得到的损伤位置与试验撞击位置相符,损伤程度与构件破损测算接近。由此表明采用基于柔度矩阵的损伤识别方法对跨海大桥非通航孔桥进行船撞损伤识别快捷可行且具有较好的识别精度。
In com pliance w ith the requirem ent of im m ediate handling of the ship collision accidenthappening to the non-navigable span bridge of sea-crossing bridge, the identification m ethodof the ship collision dam age based on the flexibility m atrix was proposed for identifying the dam agedparts and dam age degrees of the collided girder of the bridge. T he non-navigable span bridgeof the Jintang Bridge in Zhejiang w as selected as an exam ple, the scaled-down model of 1 : 20 wasprepared and w as used to carry out the sim ulation tests of the ship-bridge collision, the static loadingtests for the dam aged structure of the bridge w ere m ade as well and the test data of the structurebefore and after it was dam aged w ere obtained. T he data of the static loading tests w ere processedand analyzed, using the identification m ethod, the dam age rates of the different parts of thebridge w ere obtained and the dam age to the U nit (3) of the girder w as consequently identified. Thedam aged parts identified by the m ethod as proposed are agreeable w ith the im pacted parts in thetests and the dam age degrees are approxim ate to the estim ated damage. T hereby, the identificationof the ship collision dam age to the non-navigable span bridge of the sea-crossing bridge using them ethod is proved to be rapid, feasible and have good precision of the identification.
