摘要
本文目标是调查护理人员的压疮防范能力,为提高压疮护理质量提供有效依据。通过头脑风暴法找出影响护理人员压疮防范的可控性因素,针对这些因素制定相关调查问卷,对吉林市6家医院653名护理人员进行调查。影响护理人员压疮防范能力的显著因素主要包括护理人员基本素质,压疮防范知识认知,设备的使用和规范压疮的操作方法四个方面;内容各条目得分最高的条目是影响压疮直接因素,得分为:4.44±1.61,错误率为9.36%,得分最低的是对患者及家属的健康教育,得分为:2.01±2.37,错误率为73.14%;学历、年资与操作方法、知识掌握和设备使用均成正相关。所以基于现状,应加强护理人员压疮防范能力,优化护理工作。
The goal of this paper is to investigate the prevention ability of pressure ulcer of nursing staff and to provide effective basis for improving the quality of pressure sores.Through the brainstorming controllable factors affecting nursing staff to prevent pressure sores, according to these factors, formulate relevant questionnaire, the jilin city 6 hospitals, 653 nursing staff to investigate.The factors affect the ability of the nursing staff to prevent pressure ulcers signi？ cantly mainly includes basic nursing quality, the pressure ulcers prevention knowledge, the use of equipment and standardize the operation method of pressure sores four aspects：Content of each entry score the highest entries are factors in？ uencing the direct pressure ulcers, score： 4.44 ＋ / - 1.61, the error rate is 9.36%, the lowest scored is education, to the health of the patient and family to score： 2.01 ＋ / - 2.37, the error rate is 73.14%;Education, seniority and operation methods, knowledge mastery and equipment use are positively correlated.Therefore, based on the current situation, we should strengthen the prevention ability of nursing staff with pressure sores and optimize the nursing work.
