摘要
将氧化石墨烯(GO)通过超声破碎的方法分散在丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)中,采用逐步原位聚合的方法将GO参与聚氨酯(PU)的合成反应。将GO片层状态接枝到PU链段当中,制得PU/GO复合材料,并对复合材料的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明:GO与PU进行交联反应并且在基体内分散均匀,在GO添加量为7份条件下,制得的PU/GO复合材料的断裂伸长率达到49.0%,拉伸强度达到28.0MPa,储能模量达到5.08MPa(在130℃条件下),交联密度达到5.05×10^(-4) mol/cm^3,300℃时失重率达到60%,48h吸水率仅为0.3%,具有较好的力学性能、热稳定性能和耐水性能。
Graphene oxide(GO)was dispersed in propylene glycol monomethyl acetate(PMA)using ultrasonication and involved in the synthesis of polyurethane(PU)via in-situ polymerization.During the reaction,GO nanosheets were grated onto PU molecular chains.The structure of prepared nanocomposite and the dispersion of GO were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,and XRD.The effects of GO contents on thermal stability and mechanical properties were analyzed by DMTA and tensile testing.The results indicated that GO nanosheets were grafted onto polymer chains and dispersed well in PU matrix.When GO of 7 phr was used,the prepared PU/GO presented the tensile strength of 28 MPa and elongation at break of 49%.The crosslinking density was 5.05×10^-4 mol/cm^3,calculated from the storage modulus of 5.08 MPa at 130℃.The weight loss and water absorption of nanocomposites was 60% at 300℃ and 0.3%(48 h),respectively.The prepared PU/GO presented good mechanical properties,thermal stability and water resistance.
